Four Wheel Drive Club of Southern Africa - Diving

Some exciting news for all you scuba divers out there as well as those of you that have all wanted to get into scuba diving but have just not gotten around to it. We are launching the all new FWDCSA Scuba Club and we have partnered with The Dive Locker to provide all our training and scuba trips at some highly-discounted prices.

For those of you who have always wanted to give it a try, we will be having a Discover Scuba day at Base 4 on Saturday 26 February from 8am onwards. This is a great way for you to get a feel of the equipment in a safe and fun environment without having to part with any money first. So get down to Base 4 and try it out in the pool. We will have the braais going as well so even if you don't want to get wet, just come down and enjoy the day with us.

As far as the training courses go, we will have the first Open Water Course from the 4th-6th March at Base 4 (Due to a lack of interest, this event has been cancelled.) The theory will be held at Base 4 and then we will head off to the Chartwell Dive Centre for the pool sessions. Once you have completed the theory and pool sessions, you will complete your qualifying dives as Bass Lake or Miracle Waters (Brits) on the weekend of 12 & 13 March.

Our first dive trip will be to Ponta Malongane in Southern Mozambique from 1-5 June and we are planning another one to Tofu and Barra in Northern Mozambique during December.
